Your Body needs little or no explaining. The body is human engine the way in which we physically function from second to second, whether its going to the gym, taking part in some form of activity to even moving around the house. This section looks at general training where getting a base for fitness is what you want, to developing your training for a specific sport or even just a hobby.
The body can be split in different sections and muscle groups with the basics looking at the legs, arms, chest and core. Training can be also split into different sections with endurance training, fitness training, weight training just to name a few. Different people have different needs and so at rush-training we will design different plans for the individual, ranging from beginners to advanced session plans and week to week programs to help you prepare for all types of situations be it general well being or training for events.
Rush-training is also looking at increasing your knowledge from looking at types of training to learning about the muscles in the body, how they move and what you need to do to work them. We value all input and appreciate different training levels and will publish articles and information in the near future.
